Building Design
Provide advice with respect to the early stages of preparing a building design that will fulfil the needs of the client, respond to the physical aspects of the site and satisfy statutory requirements, including:

Design and Documentation
Preparation of documents including drawings, specifications and reports for:

Client presentations.

Submission to regulatory authorities.

Co-ordinate specialist consultants.

Tenders, construction and contract administration.

Recording existing buildings and structures.
Heritage Consultation
Specialist advice relating to buildings that are listed as heritage items or are located within a conservation area, including the preparation of:

Measured drawings of existing buildings and structures.

Archival reports.

Heritage Impact Statements.

Conservation Management Plans. Deal with authorities including Local Councils and the NSW Heritage Council.
Contract Administration
Provide advice on contractual matters relating to construction of the building:

Advise on appropriate contracts.

Assist in completion of contracts.

Administer contract during course of the building construction.
